Care and maintenance
Doodles are a high maintenance breed and we are here to help!! Doodles require routine grooming at home and at the salon. We recommend a visit to the groomer every 3-5 weeks. The style of grooming your doodle receives will depend on how frequently your doodle sees the groomer. If you prefer a low maintenance grooming, we recommend every 8-12 weeks, to prevent matting. If you prefer a longer style haircut (longer than 1-2 inches) we recommend 3-5 weeks between grooms. This is the most frequently booked schedule for our doodle owners. Designer cuts are scissored by hand leaving the hair longer than 2 inches. For designer cuts we recommend an every 2 week schedule to maintain the cut in between Full Grooming.
